How long does it take to deliver?

When you place your EKgold order, work begins immediately as each order is carefully handcrafted by our expert craftsmen. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for product completion and shipment.
We work with major couriers and postal services around the world to ship your order. No matter where you are in the world, we will deliver your EKgold jewelry to you.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, our products are sold worldwide.

What is the usual delivery time?
Items are usually delivered via local postal service during business hours. (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

How do I track my shipment?
We do not automatically send tracking codes, instead we send shipping updates to your email and text messages when your item has shipped or is close to delivery. If you would like to update your shipping status, you can contact us at [email protected] and we can provide you with a tracking number and tracking website.

We are not responsible for any items lost/delayed in transit caused by the shipping company. If you encounter any issues during shipping, please contact the carrier directly.

All our jewelry is packaged in beautiful presentation boxes. These boxes are made from high-end synthetic leather.

The customer's customized order will also confirm the jewelry design drawings with the customer to further ensure that the customized jewelry is consistent with what the customer wants.

Full insurance
Shipping on all orders is divided into Standard Shipping, FedEx and DHL Shipping. Customers can select their desired shipping method when placing their order.
All products purchased from EKgold Jewelry will be fully insured for delivery and transportation, and all costs will be borne by the courier company. Avoid risks that may arise during transportation when customers purchase valuable goods.
After each order is dispatched, we will email the customer the dispatch time and shipping number. After the delivery note shows delivery, we will send another email to confirm the package delivery with the customer to ensure that each order is delivered to the customer.
